Total Weigh-ins
The Biggest Loser is a program focused on helping each individual make healthier choices and practice smarter exercising.
Begins: January 25th (ROC Accountability Private Facebook Group included with registration)
Weigh-ins: January 25th and 27th
Length: 8 Weeks
Cost: ROC Members – $30; Non-members – $40**
**If you are already a ROC member, you will receive an additional eight weeks onto your membership. If you are not a ROC member, you will receive a membership for eight weeks.
You will receive a t-shirt, 50% off group fitness classes, healthy living packet, ability to attend classes on weight loss, and a fitness center orientation to learn how to use the gym equipment. And you also have the chance to win cash and prizes!
Attend ALL weigh-ins. These are always private & confidential.
*Weigh-ins will take place on specific dates (see above) from 8:30am to 6:00pm. Please ask for a ROC staff person at the ROC Welcome Center. You must weigh in on either January 25th or 27th for your initial weigh-in. The other weigh-in dates are February 22nd & 24th, and March 22nd & 24th.
Keep and submit a food journal for at least 3 consecutive days.
*Food journals are provided for you in the healthy living packet. Failure to comply with this will remove you from the challenge.
Keep and submit an exercise log for at least 6 days.
